Women’s Scans 

These scans are available from 6-15 weeks and are predominantly carried out for reassurance and for your own piece of mind. This package generally consists of a 15-minute diagnostic appointment, confirmation of the gestational age of the baby as well as affirmation of a heartbeat, and an estimated due date.

These are available from 16-23 weeks and will start with a well-being check – our qualified sonographer will confirm single or multiple pregnancies and thereafter they will check the baby/babies are growing as expected. With this service, you will receive 2D black & white ultrasound images, which can also be sent directly to your email and/or smartphone, full written report, 4D glimpse of your baby to round off the scan as well and accurate early gender confirmation. The scan will also display the position of the baby & placenta, provide confirmation and visualisation of the heart, and also detect certain conditions.

These scans are available from 24-40 weeks and are primarily to provide further reassurance that everything is going as it should be with the pregnancy. This 20-minute appointment will include a baby well-being scan, 4D baby scan and a confidential and detailed report will also be provided. A 99.9% accurate gender confirmation can also be provided, but this is subject to your baby co-operating on the day. We will offer a complimentary rescan if this is the case as we appreciate that some babies can be shy.

These scans are available between 24 and 40 weeks and provide the opportunity to carry out not just a general well-being scan, but to obtain growth measurements, estimated weight and an umbilical doppler measurement. A 20-minute appointment is generally enough to carry out of all the above, but as part of this service, we also carry out a measurement of the amniotic fluid, give a free look in 4D and then provide you with black and white 3D thermal prints free of charge. Whilst we do give you the chance to quickly look at your baby in 4D, if we are unable to generate any clear images then a free rescan for this purpose.
